Based on the adva ntages of tools loss less, w ide range of mater ia ls, the sur face of the parts wit hout distort io n by processed and heat recast laye r, the EC M techno logy ha ve been one of t he key tec hno logies in product ion of aerospace and weapons ma nufact ur ing. This paper based on the e lectro lyt ic machine tools, comb ined w it h t he research in the EC M techno logy area and the latest research process of t he EC M techno lo gy at ho me and abroad. The fo llow in g aspects were experimental research in this paper.1. In t his paper, the importance and the processing proble ms o f the Aero- engine’s cooling holes were elaborated, the advanta ge and d isadvanta ge of the cooling ho les were analyzed, and the deve lop ment s it uat io n of t he process cooling holes in the ECM technology was explained.2. Depend on the basic pr inc ip le of e lectroche mica l machining and the characterist ics of tube electrode electroche mica l machining, A ECM machine tool for Aero- engine’s film cooling ho les was des igned and deve loped, there are four parts whic h c ircula t ion s yste m, feed ing s yste m, control s yste m and monitor ing system. The Machine tools can satisfy the requirement s of the experiment.3. The princ iple of electroc he mical mach ining and the var iat io n regular ity of machining process stability were ana lyzed, using mult ip le groups cross test, the results were obta ined and compared. The exper iment was impacted by mac hining vo ltage, concentrat ion o f electro lyte, tool e lectrode feed r ate. Fina lly the optimized parameter is determined.4. Based on the experimental data, the flow field of electrolyte fluid’s ve locity fie ld and eddy curre nt d istr ib ut ion can be ing a na lyzed by C FD, and researched the re lat io nship betwee n t he effect o f processing a nd the influe nce of electro lyte fluid. The results can made t he process ana lys is a nd design more effective for aircraft’s parts hole structure by electrochemical machining.
