The Development And Improvement Of Water Resources Using Of Rural Communities

This paper is based on the basic frame of water resources using of rural communities and the changes, problems and solutions of the water resources using of Xiaohe Community, and the innovation and development of the water resources using of rural communities. Its purpose is to assist the modification works of the country water using pipe network and the implementation of other water conservancy projects, to assure the safety of country water using, to improve the efficiency of the use of water resources, to promote the adjustment of agriculture structure and to improve the levels of people’s living and production continuously. This paper combined the literature and the individual case study to proceed. It analyzes the problems in the water resources using of rural communities, seeks the solution to that and draws the final conclusion based on the knowledge of literature in the field of water resources using and country water using mode and the case of the modification works of the water supply pipes of Xiaohe Community Songhua Street Panlong District Kunming. According to the paper, we can clearly know that it is inevitable to carry out the modification works of the country water supply pipes of Xiaohe Community Songhua Street Panlong District Kunming if we want to use the water resources safely and efficiently. This project works well and it shows the great significance on the exploit of country water resources. Yet, we still have many problems in the water resources using due to the nature conditions and other reasons. To solve these problems, the key is to choose the way of water resources using in rural communities wisely, we can only improve the way of water resources using of rural communities gradually by learning others and reflecting ourselves in order to assure the safety of country water using, to increase the efficiency of the use of water resources, to promote the adjustment of agriculture structure and to improve the levels of people’s living and production...
