Research On Visualization Of Steel Truss Bridge

In recent years, Steel truss bridge is widely used in the country’s railways, highways and city skywalk, at the same time, it is increasingly moving in this direction to has more innovative design, more beautiful shape, larger span and more complex structures.So,steel truss bridge visualization has become an important research topic. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects.(1) Check out the visualization information about steel truss bridge on domestic and foreign and find out the visualizing status quo, learn the theory about computer graphics, parametric modeling and three-dimensional visualization of the bridge.Analyze the engineering drawings of steel truss bridge member, consider the complexity of engineering drawings and the characteristics of steel structure, then develop the technical route of this study.(2) Use VC++ programming language and combine the ObjectARX 2007 Software Development Kit to develop the ARX program, create various types of interfaces(drawing environment setting, basic graphics, annotation), set graphics and text attributes(layer, text style, dimension style, color, line width, line type), draw various graphics(ines, circles, rectangles, polylines). Achieve the function to draw engineering drawings and create three-dimensional model.(3) Use VC++ language design class object to operate Excel 2007, achieve the functions to create new form, write data, read data, merge cells and save form. On the basis of this class object, create a different interfaces of steel truss bridge member material table, Automatically generate material table while draw steel truss bridge member,then the portion size data and the attribute information are automatically stored in the Excel sheet.(4) Analyze the data structure of steel truss bridge, design two table objects that are overall information table Steel Truss Bridge and member information table using Access database. Put the steel truss database link to the program and design the functions to add, delete, and modify the data item using ADO technology.(5) On the basis of windows message mechanism and ObjectARX 2007 Software Development Kit, design dialog boxes, menus, dockable forms, AutoCAD commands to achieve a good man-machine interoperable.This paper studies the visualization techniques and methods of steel truss bridge, working drawing of double-line super bridge of Zhaozhai Ying river, for example, achieve the parametric drawing of steel truss bridge member,three-dimensional modeling and information management.It greatly improves the efficiency of drawing and managing information and summarizes a set of visualization techniques and methods based on AutoCAD for steel truss bridge.It has a certain significance to design and construct steel truss bridge.
