| Reversing motion mechanism is an important part of pumping, if reversing motion mechanism can be correctly designed, the pumping can improve efficiency highly. Pumping mechanical unit includes a planar linkage mechanism, chain drive, electric drive, rack and pinion and so on,but they are low efficiency and energy loss is serious. Therefore the design of new structure that is applied to pumping on improving the efficiency of the pumping unit is important. In recent years, incomplete gear has been widely applied and studied in the industrial and agricultural production and national defense construction. Incomplete gear is evolved by gear,which has many advantages of gear when it transfer movement, so this research will apply to the incomplete gear to pumping mechanism to pump the oil, it is without changing the motor automatically change the steering case reciprocating motions so that improve pumping efficiency.In this paper, though analyzing characters of pumping revering mechamism, we design incomplete gears based on the requirements of pumping movement. According to the structure of the program commutation mechanism, we analyzes the characteristics of incomplete gear meshing, meshing interference commutation characteristics. Then in order to avoid the emergence of the commutation mechanism for interference when engaging, the paper modify tooth height of incomplete gear. When modifying tooth height, it is necessary to ensure continuous of transmission gear, because there are two unknown amount in the form of gear modification, the paper study three modification program:the only incomplete gear height tooth modification, the only the output gear tooth height modification, both the incomplete gear and the output gear tooth height modification. According to the agency to determine the structure of the program of change, the main parameters of the gear and incomplete gear modification program, we model each part of incomplete gear mechanism with Pro/E powerful parametric and assemble its 3D model to establish a precise geometric meshing gear assembly model. The three assembly model are imported into ADAMS dynamic simulation software to analyze kinematics analysis. The study completes automatic reversing mechanism motion a cycle simulation, then obtain the master axis three modification program,the angular velocity of the intermediate shaft and the driven shaft, angle acceleration andtorque graph. By comparing movement of different modification programs to find the best solution, which both imperfect gear and the output gear tooth height modification sports performance, it smoothly drive engagement movement, speed fluctuation is small, and while reversing only output gear is greater rate fluctuations, the fluctuations is only bigger 60 ° / s than smooth transmission. Through analyzing meshing vibration of incomplete gear,the study find the cause that lead to meshing vibration. To avoid destruction that reversing mechanism resonance mechanism leads to, the study use Workbench to analy reverse gear mechanism modal analysis, then obtains the first three natural frequencies and mode shapes Lord, According to the results of modal analysis,there is unreasonable of the gear structure,so redesigns the gear and modal analysis again, though comparative analysis of the new structure it is found that resonance deformation is greatly reduced and seismic effect enhanced. |
