PVC pipe constraint of reinforced concrete structures reinforced concrete column can enhance the compressive ability, reduce the number of reinforced concrete column section area, increase the ductility and energy dissipation properties of reinforced concrete column, reduce reinforced concrete column and a series of complex process template fabrication and installation, improve construction efficiency, cost savings. The new type of composite structure give full play to the social, economic and environmental benefits of PVC material, has a good prospect of popularization and application.This article is on the basis of the test, to the rectangular stirrup of PVC pipe constraint force performance of normal section of reinforced concrete short columns are studied. For this purpose, the experiment design made 28 of PVC tube constraint reinforced concrete short columns and 1 root element concrete short columns, design the different ratio of longitudinal reinforcement and depth of stirrup ratio, longitudinal reinforcement distribution modes, volume, main parameters, such as analysis of parameter changes on the PVC tube constraints the influence of axial compression performance of reinforced concrete short column. Test the scheme of monotonous static hierarchical load loading displacement control loading system. PVC pipe constraint of reinforced concrete short column axial compression test and research contents and results are as follows:(1) study the PVC tube constraints of reinforced concrete short column in the compression process of crack propagation and the failure pattern, research the load-vertical displacement curve. Results show that the PVC tube constraints-vertical displacement curve of reinforced concrete short column load and ordinary concrete short columns are similar, their corresponding PVC pipe constraint of reinforced concrete short column failure process can be divided into the elastic stage and plastic stage and failure stage.(2) to study the different ratio of longitudinal reinforcement and depth of reinforcement, longitudinal reinforcement distribution modes, volume ratio of PVC pipe constraint effect on axial pressure bearing capacity of reinforced concrete short columns. Results show that the outsourcing of PVC tube to a certain extent improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete column, but not increase, the ultimate bearing capacity is associated with the area and the area of the longitudinal reinforcement of concrete.(3) to study the different ratio of longitudinal reinforcement and depth of reinforcement, longitudinal reinforcement distribution modes, volume ratio of PVC pipe constraint reinforced concrete short column ductility performance and the effect of energy dissipation performance. The results show that the PVC pipe can improve the ductility of the reinforced concrete short columns, improve energy performance. |
