| With the development of technology, The mechanical properties tester for high-voltage switch constantly replacing old ones, most instruments can not visually record current-voltage switch fracture in sub-closing process changes, which sets up a barrier on the switch status monitoring and troubleshooting, and the corresponding calibration device is relatively backward, which affecting its validity and accuracy of test performance, and therefore develop an intelligent calibration device with high reliability, operability that satisfied with the calibration requirements of mechanical properties tester of high-voltage switch is imminent.This paper introduces the necessity and advantages of high-voltage switching operation characteristic wave recording technique used in the actual production, and how to use an oscilloscope to measure access time of closing resistors. The measuring principle and the overall program of the calibration device are described in detail, and the control circuit and signal circuit of the calibration device is designed, by analyzing the parameters of the components, the operation unit calculates the time required to achieve a simulation of the switch during different operations.Finally, the device is proved that measuring accuracy, easy operation according to experiments, is reaching to achieve the desired design goals. |
