Since the advent of lithium-ion batteries, it has been widely developed. The performance of the battery is the most key problems that restrict its application. In order to effectively deal with the inconsistencies in service, this paper designs and realizes a lithium battery equalization management system.This paper has been studied on the equalization of batteries mainly from the equalization control and the long distance communications of operating parameters. After using FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) to collect the operating parameters, feedbacking the results to each link in real time, and online monitoring operating parameters in process. In the study, in order to steadily collecting the voltage of every key node to control the various functions of the core. Acquisition precision low 5 mV, Through theoretical calculation and experiments, this paper adopts high common-mode voltage sampling circuit, combined with the analog-to-digital conversion chip(ADC), it provides a powerful criterion for the equalization control strategy. Its inconsistency of batteries is suppressed in real time, and the operating parameters is sent to the superior system.
