Electro-hydraulic control system with better power proportion, fast dynamic response, anti-load stiffness etc., are widely used in aerospace, shipbuilding, equipment manufacturing and other fields. Which is a kind of proportional valve control element is widely used, compared to the servo valve, with the design is simple, cheap, strong anti-pollution and other characteristics of the hydraulic sector, increasing its importance. 2D proportional valve is based on the spool direct-acting and pivoting movement of the two degrees of freedom to achieve direct acting and pilot proportional valve control type in the new one, with a simple structure, high stability, stronger anti-pollution, good dynamic performance and capable of driving large traffic load and other advantages. For an excellent proportional valve, the pros and cons of its performance not only related to the valve itself, and its proportion controller has much to do. Proportional controller is given priority to with analogue on the market at present, not only power, and controller design for general purposes, its control effect is large, for different control object. In recent years, the advent of digital proportional controllers are great advantages compared to analog aspects, their power and control effects, but there are also disadvantages not targeted. Therefore, the development of a proportional valve features for 2D proportional controller to improve dynamic and static performance of 2D proportional valve is important.Based on the principles and structure of the work on the analysis of 2D proportional valve, and analyzes the factors that affect 2D static and dynamic performance of the proportional valve, for these factors, the paper develops a chip-based DSP2812 digital proportional controller. The controller has a current and position feedback signal, and can constitute the double closed loop through the PID. 2D high flow proportional valve has greater inertia, in order to improve the frequency response, so we design high and low voltage driven algorithm, only through software control, simple and convenient; For electricity-mechanical converter armature displacement caused by the change of magnetic flux change and caused by the current volatility, we use linear regression algorithm to improve the current anti-jamming capability. For larger friction and pressure-torsion coupling clearance influence its static characteristic in the process of 2D proportional directional valve movement, this paper adopts the flutter compensation algorithm to improve the static characteristic. In addition, in order to better control the 2D proportional valve, have theoretical analysis and mathematical modeling for electricity-mechanical converter. In order to facilitate real-time adjustment parameters, we design buttons and LCD display. Through experimental platform and experimental verification, 2D proportional valve regulated by the controller has good dynamic and static control performance, its repeat accuracy of less than 2%, the linearity of less than 3%, the minimum hysteresis is only 2.07%, corresponding bandwidth-3dB,-90 ° around 18 Hz, order jump response rise time of approximately 55 ms, control the flow of up to 270L/min. Experimental results show that the controller has good steady-state and dynamic control of the static, and dynamic characteristics of 2D proportional valve has greatly improved and better.In addition, in order to reduce the duplication of development of the controller, this paper use the controller to test torque motors, rotary proportional solenoids and solenoid switches and other electrical machinery converters, and have better control effect. This paper also focuses on the solenoid switch applications, through experiment analysis, switching electromagnet with an pressure-twisting amplifying displacement effect, can achieve to control 2D proportional valve.
