The development potential of China’s photovoltaic industry is great, the demands of PV products keeps increasing, the solar battery component is used as the core component of photovoltaic power generation,, the equipment technology level of packaging laminate has an extremely important influence in the development of the whole industry. At present, the key equipment and core technology of the solar battery component manufacturing are mainly mastered by foreign company. This text aims at the solar battery component’s increase of production efficiency, reduce of waste gas emission, control accuracy of temperature and ascension of temperature homogeneity level and so on, have done some designs and researches in the large-scale solar battery component laminator, the main contents are as follows:By using the vacuum hot-press method principle, designed a solar cell component laminator general scheme which is composed by five grade structure, input system, preheating system, laminating system, insulating system and output system, and protocoled the performance index requirements and the concrete structure design requirements of the machine, designed the solar battery component laminator’s preheating system, heating system, heat insulation system, waste gas collecting system. At the same time, designed four cylinder synchronous hydraulic system used for laminator’s top box movement, which guaranteed the top box movement is always parallel with the heating platform during the uncover process, and ensure their uniform contact during the closing process.Based on software such as ANSYS, made a calculation on the three-dimensional geometric model and finite element analysis of the upper and lower vacuum chamber, established the steady temperature field analysis model of the heating system, designed a heating-scheme of bidirectional temperature control, and compared with the temperature uniformity of the one-way temperature control mode.Based on the laminating unit SOLSH190, established the silicon rubber plate-battery component of the 3D contact finite element model, the model considered the silicon rubber materials’ super elasticity and aramid fabric’s anisotropic, with the help of ANSYS software’s APDL language, compiled the analysis calculation program, mastered the contact state of silica gel plate, which ensured the components have uniform stress.
