Rolling bearing is one of the key components of rotating machines, widely used in machine tools, civil electrical appliances, vehicles, mining machinery and other fields, the quality of the rolling bearings directly affects the function of mechanical equipment, running state and service life.According to statistics, about 30% of rotating machinery fault is caused by the rolling bearing damaged, when the rolling bearing wear, pitting, fall off, the failure forms, such as fracture causes severe vibration equipment, large noise, serious when lead to equipment damage, even cause mechanical accident.Therefore, detection of rolling bearing quality, monitoring the running state of the rolling bearing is of great significance.At present, the detection of rolling bearing vibration measuring method, the method by testing the vibration signal of rolling bearing, using time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis techniques such as effective quality of rolling bearing and fault type are obtained.Rolling bearing vibration measurement method, however, generally only gathers the radial vibration signals of bearing and ignoring the axial vibration signal and other direction, therefore, test results have certain limitations;Vibration measurement generally through a loudspeaker on detecting instrument noise to determine noise rolling bearing size, it doesn’t accord with the requirement of low noise, mute bearing.Noise testing and fault diagnosis of rolling bearing in this paper, design experiment platform, based on the acoustic emission technology using microphone acquisition of radial and axial rolling bearing acoustic emission signal, through the analysis of the signal processing of rolling bearing fault type and the size of the actual noise, in line with the requirements of low noise, mute bearing.This paper studies the main application of rolling bearing testing technology and testing instruments, analysis of the rolling bearing failure forms, the mechanism of noise generation, the spread of sound waves in the rolling bearing model. Based on the above research and analysis, focusing on rolling bearing noise detection and the design process of the fault diagnosis experiment platform, the experiment platform of the mechanical structure, hydraulic system, electrical control and signal collection and analysis system of four part has made the detailed design, calculation and check. This research work get a grant of NingXia technological support project (project approval no.:2013 ZYG029).
