Pumice concrete belongs to a kind of lightweight aggregate concrete, which is made of cement mortar and pumice made,it has characteristics with high porosity,lower density, anti-freeze, heat preservation performance and so on. But because of its tensile strength, shear strength and ultimate tensile stress is low, so pumice lightweight aggregate concrete that are not widely used. Durafiber has a high tensile strength, anti-aging, anti-chemical corrosion and other multiple advantages. Its incorporation in concrete can effectively improve the concrete flexural, impermeability and crack resistance, impact resistance and other properties. By combining advantages of pumice concrete and durafiber both make concrete has light, good crack resistance, durability and so on.At present, for the mechanical properties of fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete research has been quite sufficient, while the mechanical properties of durafiber pumice lightweight aggregate concrete study is still rare. In this paper, using natural pumice as coarse aggregate in the Inner Mongolia region, make the strength grade of LC40 natural pumice lightweight aggregate concrete. Aimed at different dosage of durafiber, study on basic mechanical properties and bending performance of durafiber natural lightweight aggregate concrete beams.Basic mechanics performance test mainly discusses the question is that adding durafiber into the pumice lightweight aggregate concrete, the changes of its concrete cube compressive strength, axial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, bending strength, analysis of the influence of changes in durafiber content on the mechanical properties of pumice concrete, obtained appropriate content of durafiber in pumice concrete. By the experimental study on bending performance of pumice lightweight aggregate concrete beams and durafiber natural lightweight aggregate concrete beams. which analysis the mechanical properties of failure modes.normal section bearing capacity, deflection change, of pumice lightweight aggregate concrete beams and pumice lightweight aggregate concrete beams with different dosage durafiber. In lightweight aggregate pumice concrete beam adding durafiber can effectively improve the bearing capacity, deformation and cracking performance. In this paper. through experimental analysis, has obtained more satisfactory results. for the dura fiber lightweight aggregate pumice concrete provide experiment basis for the application in the engineering practice.
