Vehicles as an important means of transport, brought great convenience to human beings. However, with the rapid development of automobile industry, cars ownership increased, resulting in the pollution of the environment. In order to reduce environmental pollution and ease the pressure of energy shortage, all countries have carried out research and development of electric vehicles.Electric vehicles as an alternative fuel vehicles, more and more people’s attention. In this paper, the current stability of lithium iron phosphate battery, designed the "electric vehicle battery energy management systems."The paper briefly introduces the lithium-ion battery performance and works; the main factors influencing the battery remaining power and method are analyzed; at the same time, in order to lengthen battery life and times, the battery equalization method were studiedIn this paper, commonly used battery model analyzed and compared on the basis of using a Thevenin model, and gives the model parameters; the establishment of a lithium-ion battery state-space model, while using the secure integration method and Kalman filter a combination of methods to estimate the remaining battery power, and verified by simulation.The "electric car battery energy management system" mainly by the control module, controlled charging system modules, voltage acquisition sub-module, the temperature acquisition sub-module, current measuring sub-module and display module. Through CAN bus to realize mutual communication, According to the overall design, concrete analysis of each module circuit design and implementation scheme is discussed using AT90CAN128 as microcontrollers, complete the main program control, communications module 485, the battery charge status monitoring and management software, part of the design, and lists flow chart of the module software functions to achieve.
