The development of photovoltaic new energy career is a major national policy of resisting fossil energy crisis, reducing air pollution, in favor of energy conservation and emissions reduction. And photovoltaic panels are installed in the open air without covering, which is called new energy photosensitive power generation system. It affected by the weather, dust and the influence of increased haze weather is great, is directly related to the photoelectric conversion efficiency and service-life. The purpose of research is to provide people with a way to achieve automatic cleaning system by solar panel. The research object of this topic is solar panel. This system can automatically monitor the environment changes, through data processing, system control, to achieve that solar panels smart cleaning, so as to improve the efficiency of the use of solar panels and prolong the life of solar panels.First of all, this paper analyzes the current situation and development of solar panels clean problem in the domestic and overseas, by comparing, summed up the current main problems of the solar panels clean. This paper first analyzes the photovoltaic cell works, volt-ampere characteristics and output characteristics under different light and temperature regulation, and then makes a conclusion that the output power of photovoltaic cells proportional to the intensity of light. As the changeable weather, this paper gives ideas and methods to detecting solar panel surface dirty degrees, with analyzing the different characteristics of solar radiation according to sunny, cloudy and so on, and then controls the automatic start-stop cleaning systems.The second, this paper identifies the methods by which sprinkler system detects pressure and the heating control systems tests temperature, and completes the design of the hardware circuit of each part.What’s more, through the mathematical modeling of each part of the control system to determine the PID control method of performing motor, temperature control system and spray control system.Finally, through the analysis of experimental data comparison, this paper proves the reliability of the performance of the overall cleaning system. The design of control system for automatic cleaning outdoor photovoltaic panel has reached preliminary requirements.
