With the highly development of our national economy as well as the increasing of highway transportation volume, more and more large vehicles have been put into use. Original ordinary cement concrete and asphalt concrete pavement can not adapt to the needs. Any more, part of the vehicle have serious overloading, which causes highway pavement diseases, frequently pavement repairs and high maintenance cost.In addition, some poor geologic conditions section of Subgrade, also increased the highway diseases. In order to ensure the traffic safety and meet the requirement of normal use, continuous reinforced concrete pavement is adopted to solve these problems.Based on the detail analysis of the domestic and foreign related with continuous concrete pavement research, I adopt orthogonal test scheme, model by ABAQUS finite element software, set the foundation for the elastic half space foundation, analysis the sensitivity of parameters and stress value of continuous reinforced concrete pavement. Finally, get the following conclusions:(1) Analysing pavement structure of continuous reinforced concrete showed that panel thickness is the main factor,which followed by subgrade modulus, subbase modulus, base modulus,subbase thickness, base thickness; panel thickness should choose 28~32cm, base thickness should select 22~26cm, subbase thickness should choose 20~24cm, cushion thickness should choose 14~16cm;(2) Continuous reinforced concrete panels under the load,with the increasing of panel thickness, base thickness and subbase thickness, the stress of the panel decreases continuously.The greater the elastic modulus, rigidity of base and subbase materials are, the more advantageous the pavement structure is. Analysing temperature stress sensitivity parameter, the bigger the linear e × pansion coefficient is, the bigger the stress is, the bigger the friction coefficient of the surface layer and the basic friction coefficient is, the smaller the stress is, the effect of the reinforcement ratio on the temperature stress of the panel can be neglected;.(3) Analysing reinforcement design of continuous reinforced concrete pavement, it shows that reinforcement design parameters are affected by that in order the panel thickness, concrete grade, longitudinal bar diameter, longitudinal reinforcement ratio. The spacing of longitudinal reinforcement and transverse reinforcement should be reasonable arrangement,which is beneficial to increase the area of bond between steel bar and reinforced concrete, and strengthen the constraints of steel bar to concrete; Longitudinal reinforcement reinforcement ratio should select 0.7%~0.8%, rebar diameter should select 14~18 mm; Transverse reinforcement spacing should select 30~45 cm, bar diameter should select 12~14 mm; Reinforced section position should be set in from the top 1/3-1/2 place.Research the practical engineering of continuous reinforced concrete in Hengdong County, Combing the theoretical analysis and the e×periences of domestic and international, Discuss its Pavement structure design, the reinforcement design, Pre-cutting seam, etc, E×plore the reasonable design method and the construction technology of Science, Provide e×perience for similar engineering practice.
