In this paper, with the dosage of cement 6% shrinkage compensating concrete with expansive agent based ratio, adding steel fiber and nano Si O2, orthogonal experiment, analysis of anti shock and anti cracking performance of nanometer Si O2 with steel fiber are affected by the shrinkage compensating concrete, and concrete shrinkage and the compensation(with micro silica) compressive and tensile strength contrast test. Impact test with nano Si O2 quality and steel fiber volume fraction as the variable, carries on the experiment, there are sixteen groups of mix ratio, a total of ninety-six cakes of test block. Research shows that the shrinkage compensating concrete with nano Si O2 can not only improve the brittleness of concrete; shrinkage compensating concrete only with steel fiber can increase the ductility of shrinkage compensating concrete; nano Si O2 and steel fiber of two substances, anti impact.energy efficiency better fruit of shrinkage compensating concrete.The shrinkage compensation concrete uniformly separate addition of nano Si O2 and steel fiber, can improve crack resistance of concrete shrinkage compensation;while adding two persons, all of the advantages of nano Si O2 and steel fiber, the anti crack effect best, limiting crack level also reached a level. To the shrinkage compensation concrete and steel fiber concrete shrinkage compensation are respectively added nano Si O2 and silica fume, can enhance the compressive and splitting tensile strength and compressive strength, especially in. Adding nano Si O2 compensation shrinkage concrete and micro silica fume, it more than compensating shrinkage steel fiber reinforced concrete early strength effect is better. Research shows that, the nanometer Si O2 than with the same amount of micro silica fume to significantly enhance the compressive strength of shrinkage compensating concrete and early strength effect.
