In recent years, with the rapid development of national defense and military, aircraft infrared stealth technology is becoming more and more important. In order to improve the aircraft’s stealth performance, the measurement of the radiation energy is particularly important. Aircraft generally also have three sources of radiation: aircraft skin, plume, the engine nozzle, their temperature difference is very big, so the radiation characteristic is also different. And this paper focuses on the analysis of the infrared radiation of aircraft skin,the main contents are as follows:( 1) The calibration of infrared spectral radiometer, first introduced the target calibration process with full field and non field of view of the two cases, were given corresponding mathematic calibration model. And focus on the description of two point linear calibration, calibration of multi point linear and nonlinear calibration of multiple points of similarities and differences. Then under the laboratory environment, according to two linear calibration source to the target field of infrared spectrum radiometer calibration,and draw the corresponding fitting function and fitting curve.(2) In terms of skin radiant energy measurement, this paper of infrared spectrum radiometer are introduced briefly, and then expounds the calculation method of the irradiance of point source and non-point source. Finally using MR170 type infrared spectrum radiometer under laboratory conditions to measure radiation intensity value of the skin, and then combining with the function of the skin that radiance calibration value.In order to determine the accuracy of the measured experimental data, the article joined the verification link in that it is using the infrared thermal imager to measure the skin temperature, and through the relevant laws of temperature with infrared spectrum radiometer is converted into energy and then comparing measured energy value.(3) In solving the aircraft skin emissivity, first expounds the theory methods for solving object emissivity, then respectively using Planck’s law and emissivity define the type of skin to find the solution under various temperature emissivity, and analyses the twomethods of error between skin emissivity, finally it is concluded that the various temperature emissivity of skin.In this paper, we measured skin radiant energy, quantity and the emissivity value to research and development a series of important data basis is provided for stealth fighter, in order to improve the infrared stealth fighter has important significance.
