The more complex load of pile foundation due to the wider usage in practice. But the current method of designing single pile under combined load was similarly consider the vertical and lateral loads independently of each other and multiply by a coefficient for the influence of each other, which was inadequate according to the laboratory and field test data. Some research have been put on but the method were similarly rely on the numerical finite element program and laboratory test. This paper deduce a function for the calculation and give a new method for the analysis of single pile applied complex loads. The achievements have been acquired as follows:1、Nonlinear pile-soil reaction model with two directions have been used in the program calculation and some laboratory and field tests have been simulate to testify the veracity of the program’s result;2、Based on the current research, an empirical equation has been put forward to consider the coupling influence of the vertical and lateral pile-soil reaction model. Two model coefficients can be fixed to simulate the practical result;3、Geometric nonlinear beam element has been used in the simulation of the pile in order to considering the coupling influence of complex loads;4、A program in MATLAB has been compile for the simulation of single pile under complex loads, and some laboratory and field tests have been simulate to testify the veracity of the program’s result;5、Some parameter researches have been put on using the program, including the parameter of pile-soil reaction model, the slenderness ratio, the constraint condition of the pile and the ratio of the vertical load and the lateral load. The result of simulation indicate that the different response of the pile in different sequence of loads was different in different model coefficients; the sequence of loads have an giant impact on the long pile with small slenderness ratio; and the constraint of the pile will reduce the difference of response under different sequence loads.
