Shortage of resources and damage to the environment has been more and more seriously. The role of hybrid vehicle has been increasingly important,obtained higher acceptance form the world auto industry. In many vehicles, the heavy-duty truck have a important impact on national defense and military, mechanical engineering, transportation. The Oil-Electric-Hydraulic hybrid system is a new idea, aiming at full use of the hybrid system advantages, increasing useful ratio of energy, enriching flexible of control strategy. This paper take heavy-duty truck as research object, concentrating on the characters of the Oil-Electric-Hydraulic hybrid system, studied deeply and systemically to the control strategy, achieved a meaningful conclusion.Summarized the structure of hybrid system at present, discussed the structure of series,parallel and mix, the paper designed the Oil-Electric-Hydraulic hybrid system.Based on strategy both internal and external now and combined with the character of new system, the research set up its own control strategy.Based on systemically theory, the research has established the mathematical model of system and simulation model in Matlab/simulink. As required with the control strategy, the paper built logic-gate control strategy model with 3 parameters in theory and simulation. Then,the model be simulated in matlab/simulink. The conclude shows that the model is correct.Established the fuzzy logic control strategy simulation model in matlab/simulink, written fuzzy program and set up membership function, the research take the simulation experiment after the model has been testing. The result shows that vehicle preformed completely what the control strategy designed in the system,and increased the driving performance and fuel economy in some extent.By comparing two control strategy, the research believe that the fuzzy logic control strategy have a high simulation advantages in two. This paper could provide reference meaningful for development of relevant areas.
