| Anthracite is abundant in our country and widely distributed. W-shaped boiler has the following characteristics: long flame tour, good stability in combustion, burning less air flow and high combustion efficiency. Therefore, W-shaped boiler is very suitable for burning anthracite. Since the 1990 s, China began to introduce W-flame boiler. Now it has become the major equipment the low-volatile coal combustion.This article is about the study of 600 MW supercritical pressure W-shaped boiler. By measuring points installed in different locations, collecting data, we calculate and analyze the rule of heat load distribution under different loads and different run way of mill. Under different load, calculate the thermal deviation of each heat hot water wall tube and each heat hot water wall. At last, Spiral Water wall we compare the thermal deviation of the water wall with the vertical tube coils to it with the spiral coils.Since the experimental boiler was put into operation, over temperature on the water wall has appeared many times. The position of over-temperature concentrates on the upper water wall, which greatly affect the normal operation of the boiler: likely to cause a long period of heat pipe fatigue resulting in pipes cracked and other security risks. In July 2012, the period of maintenance in the factory, the cracked problem has been found that on the upper water wall. In such cases, according to the measured data, we analyzes and summarizes the possible reasons for cracked problems of the water wall tube and between the pipes. |
