With the continuous development of modern society, it is appropriate for a conservationoriented society, environmental protection and other energy-saving devices are increasingly high demand. Conventional diode and thyristor controlled rectifier phase-controlled rectifier means less difficult to operate because of the power factor and harmonic interference and other accompanying disadvantage, can not meet the demand for green energy. To overcome this problem, the design proposes a three-phase PWM rectifier, the traditional non-controlled rectifier diode and thyristor controlled rectifier phase compared to the three-phase voltage type pulse width modulation(Pulse Width Modulation, PWM) rectifier circuit having sinusoidal line current, power can be two-way transmission, high power factor, in line with the needs of conservation-oriented society. Therefore, the design of the main study is based on the three-phase voltage type PWM rectifier circuit DSP control situations.In this design before using current inner feed forward decoupling strategy, voltage outer sliding mode control strategy, based on the analysis of the principle gives the system design, and finally to MATLAB simulation software as a platform for simulation experiment results show this control strategy feasibility and superiority.First, summarizes the topology of several common PWM rectifier works in the analysis phase voltage-type PWM rectifier based on analyzes the mathematical model and the model number of the general model and the two-phase rotating coordinate system establishment, and the relationship between the conversion made the introduction, before the final details of current inner feed forward decoupling control strategy based on sliding mode voltage outer loop control strategy.Secondly, based on the theoretical analysis shows the design of a three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier control system has been the overall structure of the entire system. Details of the role of the main design of the AC side of the main circuit inductance L and capacitance C of the DC side and the selection principle, the drive circuit and the detection circuit are also introduced. Software design modular design approach taken major increase readability and portability of the system greatly shorten the development cycle. The main program gives the system software and programs such as flowcharts interrupt service routine. Describes the relationship between the overall structure of the software system and between the various parts.Finally, according to the design needs of a given parameter, build a Matlab simulation platform, the experimental results are given under steady state and dynamic simulation of the case and made out analysis, simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the design method.
