The Expression Of Topic Culture In Leisure Agriculture Parks

With the development of urbanization and people’s living standards, leisure agriculture gradually developed to the modern, professional, industrial, specialty development. At present, leisure agriculture park in China was developing very well. But to most of the park, there were many problems in the development, resulting in the attraction of tourists were not strong, it was difficult to maintain sustainable development. With the speeding up about agricultural modernization, the protection and use of topic culture was facing great challenges. With the development of the leisure agriculture park, exploring and researching the expression of topic culture, to guide the construction of leisure agriculture parks, has becomed the hot topic of enhanceing the cultural quality of leisure agriculture park and enhanceing competitiveness of agricultural tourism in the national tourism market.In this paper, some methods—literature review method, inductive analysis and proven method have been used for theory research. Strategic approach about the expression of topic culture in leisure agriculture park has been proposed from the perspective of Landscape Planning and Design. The contents and conclusions of the full text were as follows.(1)This article identified the contents of the concepts involved in this study and their content and type; After a review of leisure agriculture research profile at home and abroad, the paper finded the problems of the expression of topic culture in leisure agriculture park: too little for excavated topic culture; the lack of in-season marketing strategy; too little for participatory projects; there are too mang construction projects similar.(2)The article pointed the basic principles of the expression of topic culture in leisure agriculture park that based on landscape architecture theory, Garden art theory, landscape ecology, the principle of sustainable development, tourism resources, tourism and regional cultural psychology. The basic principles of the expression of topic culture in leisure agriculture parks were production principles and aesthetic principles, the principle of universality and territoriality, Technology and Innovation principle, science educational principles. The step of the expression of topic culture in leisure agriculture park was posed. Firstly, the relevant factors should been surveyed, then leisure agriculture park shoud be planed and positioned, to plan the theme of cultural. Then refining topic culture, to overall concept. Through fixing up overall, to highlight the leading industries. Finally, the paper designed the leisure agriculture park. in detail, to express topic culture.(3)The tactics of the expression of topic culture in leisure agriculture park included expression vectors and methods. The expression vectors included productive landscape, landscape and theme tours. The productive landscapes included production of crops and production facilities. Landscapes included plants, buildings, road paving and garden ornaments. Theme tours included sightseeing theme activities, participation in themed events, science themed events, themed dining and accommodations, theme festivals. The methods of the expression of topic culture in leisure agriculture parks included references, reservations, simplification and abstraction, representation, symbolism and metaphor.(4)Though the example of Mengding banana leisure park, the theory of this article was applied to the practice. After the interpretation of the natural condition, traffic location and the analysis of land use, we extracted the park cultural and theme orientation. Then the paper used the previous theory to guide the general layout of the park, and express topic culture through combing with the scenic and attractions design and theme tours.
