There are everywhere raw materials and product which made of hazards chemicals. The flammable, explosive, poisoned features of the hazards chemicals lead to transport accidents easily. If the hazards chemicals were leaked or going on fire or exploded, the people’s live and property who live in the area nearby not only would be hurt, but also the accidents have huge losses on the environment. So, how to make it sure to safely transport and reduce distribution costs, are of very important meanings to guarantee the life and property and social stability. It’s proved that optimization of the vehicle transport is one of the effective measures to reduce risk.The thesis based on the specific goods—fireworks and firecrackers includes vehicle routing problem, double programming model, decision based on information entropy and genetic algorithms. About vehicle routing problem, it summaries path transportation research on hazards chemicals, then it disserts the vehicle transportation of the fireworks. About the double programming, it transforms the security and economy principles into the objective function of double programming model, which can effectively reduce complexity. About the decision based on information entropy, the two principles are as two attributes of the information entropy, which can avoid making up two objective functions. About the genetic algorithms, the improved genetic algorithms will increase the accuracy of the results, which is innovative of the algorithms in some degree. In the end, the thesis designs a example to prove the effectiveness of the improved genetic algorithms.There are a lot of studies on the hazards chemicals transportation abroad, but it’s still a few researchs on the fireworks and firecrackers transportation. The thesis both referring to traffic programming model and decision based on information entropy, resolves vehicle routing problem of the fireworks and firecrackers, which makes sense to study vehicle routing problem of the fireworks.
