With the rapid socio-economic development, more and more concrete infrastructure for social economy, due to the complexity and variability of self-construction conditions the mechanical properties of concrete, cracked concrete acts of increasing people’s attention, the study concrete cracking process is very important.In this paper, experimental research and theoretical analysis, the phenomenon of broken concrete, process and rupture mechanism of rupture theoretical and experimental research.By the China University of Mining(Beijing) National Laboratory in ACTIS300-320 / 225 X ray industrial CT inspection system and 3000 KN high rigidity servo testing machine, the crack propagation process of concrete specimens under uniaxial compression carried out CT scans comprehensive tests.With the non-linear fractal theory, the internal distribution of samples of concrete initial damage and crack propagation were described fractal, rapid increase in CT image box dimension of research findings indicate that a material is about to enter the stage of destruction.The main contents are as follows:(1)Phenomenon of rupture of concrete, and the rupture mechanism of rupture process conducted a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical.Changes in micro-cracks of concrete meso, may explain the macroscopic mechanical properties of concrete materials. For the propagation mechanism of concrete cracks should be analyzed from the microscopic level is more appropriate, the use of CT technology for concrete specimens under uniaxial compression CT test loads, internal concrete initiation,crack propagation process rupture CT description.(2)Concrete samples were CT test under uniaxial compression loads, get concrete specimen under uniaxial compression CT image microcracks development stages under different stress loads. CT images of three-dimensional reconstruction of the interior under uniaxial compression loads of concrete crack initiation, crack propagation has been described by the rupture process.(3)CT images obtained by the use of concrete on its edge detection analysis, operator extracts edge information through concrete CT image edge detection, for uniaxial compression fracture behavior of concrete under the conditions described.(4)Using the basic principles and methods of the theory of fractal geometry, the internal distribution of the initial sample of concrete damage and crack propagation were described and calculated fractal crack damage extended fractal dimension. Damage stability in the development stage, concrete crack damage box dimension with increasingstress level increases.
