With the rapid development of Hangzhou economy, compared to the public traffic demand becoming more exuberant, the public transportation resources allocation is relatively scarce. The contradiction between the two severely affects the resident’s travel, but also restricted the pace of the development of Hangzhou. The effective measure to solve this problem is to optimize bus dispatch and construct intelligent public traffic system. To solve the current conflict with its strong carrying capacity, less cost input and good ability resource allocation. But the present Hangzhou bus dispatching system and intelligent transportation system still has certain disparity. Therefore, this thesis aims at the use of modern high technology to improve the quality of operation and service of public transportation in Hangzhou, so as to achieve the purpose of relieving Hangzhou traffic jam.This thesis firstly introduces the research background and the development situation at home and abroad, then analysis the Hangzhou public transport dispatching system. The thesis discusses the necessity of establishing intelligent transit operation system and introduces the research meaning of the subject. Secondly, according to the current situation of the development of Hangzhou public transportation and the demand analysis, taking Hangzhou bus operating platform as the foundation of the research, the thesis integrates the scheduling, data analysis, vehicle information, and puts forward a scheme which is suitable for Hangzhou’s intelligent transit operation system platform overall design. At the same time, the thesis analysis the system composition and difficulties in system design, then focus on detail design overall system logical architecture, including the detailed design of each module of the system、server-side and database. Finally,these thesis has carried on the concrete analysis through the system safety, stability and maintain ability and puts forward the risk coping strategies, taking Hangzhou bus group as an example given the application examples of intelligent transit scheduling system.The complete of the system can realize the vehicle operation scheduling of real-time start, import and field, and according to the emergency situation automatic adjust departure or remind the dispatcher. On the other hand, the intelligent transportation infrastructure will improve operational efficiency, reduce traffic congestion, traffic accidents, so as to reduce the noise and exhaust emissions of the public transport system, it can also reduce the cost of public transit vehicle fuel consumption. The completion of the entire system is not only promoting the further promotion of Hangzhou public transport, but also for China’s public career building.
