| With the development of the bulldozer machinery industry and the higher requirement for the comfort in operating, the controlling level of bulldozer machinery noise has become one of the important standards measuring the quality of machinery enterprise. The inner influencing factors are the transmission system and hydraulic system, and the outer factors are the cracking between the caterpillar track and the ground, and the accessory part in it people pay more attention to noise pollution, and the bulldozer, as a noisy machinery, its noise level has become the key standard of its product quality. The noise level gap between our country engineering machinery products and international engineering machinery brand product has become one of the main technology gap with the international advanced level. With the ambition to develop and to occupy the important position in the overseas export market, we must solve the high noise of the machinery.Combined with the aim to lower the noise of new machine in ShanTui enterprise, the article put forward effective technology research, including the cause of noise near the driver, the influence of the main engine structure on the noise, the characteristic of damper, and the use of sound-absorbing sponge. First, through the method of spectrum analysis, the paper analyzes the driver’s ear noise characteristics and the influence of different frequency range of the total sound pressure level, which has been clear about the need to focus on inhibiting the frequency. Secondly, through the test and analysis the vibration characteristic of the four-point shock absorber, corresponding improvement scheme was proposed, by adjusting the pre-tightening force of shock absorber and other measures to effectively reduce the vibration of transmission, to achieve the purpose of reducing noise. Thirdly, carried on the modal analysis of the key structure in the process of vibration transmission (main frame and floor frame), and get the main frame and floor frame vibration characteristics. Based on the finite element analysis, we found that the structure of the need to strengthen, and put forward specific proposals to improve design. The article analyze the characteristic of bulldozer’s main structure, slowing the rate of vibration, achieved the goal of decrease the noise in cab. |
