Planning Of Desheng Walnut Cultural Industry Park Of Hebei

With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China, the agriculture of China has entered into a new stage from traditional to modern agriculture. The central document No.1 has focused on agriculture, rural areas and farmers :issues for 12 years, which stressed on the construction of modern agriculture, the pace of agricultural development mode, the intensity of agricultural policy, and promoting the integration of urban and rural development. On the base of conditions of China now, considered the current situation ofleisure agriculture of Hebei Province,through searching literature and field surveys learning from excellent cases of leisure agricultural both home and abroad, and using economic theories cultural tourism, ecological protectionand landscape planning synthetically, this paper makes a appropriate planning of Desheng Walnut Cultural Industry Park of Hebei in order to create a walnut culture park, which combines production, science,demonstration,training and other fairs. This park will exhibit the culture of walnut empha- cally, and it can also be a tourist resort for casual and entertainment. and ovide a reference for the planning of leisure agriculture garden of Hebei.The main contents of this dissertation are summarized as follows:1. Based on theregional circumstances and theinterpretation ofthe newpoli cyof agricultural development,the development direction,the contents and metho ds of this planning were determined.2. Through searching relevant documents, learning from Successful Cases, sum-marize the development mode of leisure and sightseeing agriculture of the other countries,experiences of Hebei Deshengwalnut cultural industry parkplanning were provided.3. Through investigating the natural, social economic, traffic condiions of Dingzhou, with SWOT analysis, the function position of the park was defined.Followed the Scientific development, taking market as guidance, featureecolog y and enriching people as main clue, The goal of integration development of u rban and rural will be achieved.4.The layout of park was summarized as "One core, Three blocks, Onenu rsery, One area". "A core" refers to the core area of walnut culture; "three blo cks" means the demonstration area of walnut standardized production, the proce ssing zones for researching and the high-quality seed breeding area; "Onenurser y " is germplasms nursery of walnut; " One Area" is the walnut industry populari ze area. The core area of walnut culture is the key area of the project. Itconsist s of seven units, which has the function of planting, picking, proce-ssing, display and tourism. It not only creates arelax place for thecitizen, but also provide s a platform for local peasant. Making detailed planning will suit for the them e of the park, and create aunique Walnut Cultural Industry Park which has rich culture, beautiful natural and leisure landscape.5. Analyzing the constraints of park’s construction and proposing measures of policy will ensure the implementation of the planning successfully.
