In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s traffic, the tunnel construction in the western region of complex topography and geological conditions will meet more unfavorable geological condition, the Collapse and Sudden Water Inflow occur easily in the tunnel construction. At the same time, many tunnels (hole) and deep tunnel are under construction. The engineering geological conditions have also become more and more complex, such as water or landslides inrush from bad geological section, causing huge losses. Therefore, it is of great scientific significance and engineering application value to study on the scientific problems of key technology of typical geological governance.This paper collected a large number of domestic and foreign tunnel collapse, shaft and tunnel water inflow disaster events in underground engineering, on the causes of the disaster are analyzed, summed up the typical bad geological section prone to disaster type and mechanism. This paper selects the Quaternary sand layer and broken fault zone, relies on the Qingdao metro line two project and Guo Tun Mine broken fault zone management project, uses the methods of data collection, theoretical research, numerical simulation analysis and experiment, studies the poor geological conditions causing disaster factors in deeply, establishes the key technology of typical geological management system, applies in practical engineering and achieved good results.The main work of this paper are as follows:(1) Through theoretical analysis and numerical calculation, this paper analyses the main influencing factors of adverse geological conditions of disaster, including groundwater, geological structure, rock physical and mechanical characteristics, guide water etc.Summarized the comprehensive control technology for the bad geological disasters in underground engineering at home and abroad, and analyzed the characteristics and difficulties of tunnel engineering, tunnel engineering, water conservancy project management. Systematically study the Quaternary sandy soil and fault fracture zone two typical adverse geological section of the underground engineering the typical induced disasters and disaster causing mechanism.(2) Combined with engineering site, the key steps of engineering exploration in treatment technology are studied. Summarizes the advantages of common single geophysical prospecting, drilling methods, defects and limitations, the joint detection method of complex treatment of unfavorable geological section, the relative lack of geological data management segment were explored. And through field test, numerical simulation and other methods.(3) Through laboratory tests and field tests, the optimization of the slurry in the key technologies of governance is carried out.. The characteristics of C-S slurry used in engineering are studied. The change law of initial setting time at different temperature, ratio and concentration of initial setting was analyzed.(4) The research and establishment of the typical bad geological section management technology system based on joint exploration, geological mechanics analysis, slurry optimization, grouting design. In the design of grouting, the selection method of the parameters is determined by means of numerical simulation, field test and indoor test.. Qingdao Subway No.2 line of Quaternary soft sand layer of governance and Guo Tun fault broken in the governance, respectively, of the Quaternary sandy soil the special rock and soil of excavation and governance difficulties are weak, and fault fracture zone of high temperature and high pressure water gushing governance point, the technology system have been very good application, and achieved good control effect, with high efficiency.
