Electric power is the leading of industry, which of industry is an important pillar of the national economy, and which of development plays an important role in promoting the social progress and people’s living standards improve. Thus the normal operation of electrical equipment is very important to the national economy or social life and even to the normal operation of the whole country. In order to guarantee effectively the safe operation of the substation and transmission and distribution equipment and wiring, the power industry will be implemented of regular inspection to these devices and circuit on the real-time status of the power line. To know real-time line running conditions and the surrounding environment change, the equipment defects and dangerous of line safe operation are perceived early, then the detailed maintenance plan is puted forward. In order to eliminate these hidden danger and defects as early as possible, thus the line’s safety and stability of power system are ensured. This is one of the main functions of the power site process management system.In this thesis, studyed contents include the smart handheld mobile terminal technology of the electric scene process management system, GIS technology, and integrateds the power equipment database, GPRS, RFID, wireless WIFI. high-definition camera technology, to build the electric field management system, the main work content are as follows:1. The research purpose and significance of the electric field management system are expounded, which of the current research situation is analyzed with combining the development trend of electric inspection.2. The related technology of the electric field management system include the intelligent mobile terminal and GIS technology, as well as real time video and audio codec and transmission and image recognition technology.3. The feasibility of image segmentation of electric field line of the electric field management system is analyzed, of which the research situation of watershed algorithm is expounded, so the improved watershed algorithm is proposed based on the tag extracted in the light of automatic recognition and fault analysis of the pipelines in the electric field management system. To segment rapidly and accurately of the extracted power line of the power shaft, and can be superimposed and real-time video, the distribution and direction of the electric power line can be showed intuitive easily.4. The holographic interaction electric field and dispatching center of the electric field management system is explained, the contents include real time video and audio interaction, image interaction and text information interaction. The bridge of the system is the information exchange between electric field and dispatching center.5. The overall design of the electric field management system is proposed, of which the research contents and key technology of the inspection terminal are pointed out. The application of the vector data structure and mobile positioning and Internet is implemented, the last the design process and implementation flow chart of the system are listed.6. The electric field management system is implemented, which consists of the construction site and the communication network and the control center. The construction site are mainly composed of handsets, the communication network mainly includes the wireless network,3 g network and the Internet, and to realize data operation in control center.The paper finally is made a simple summary on the above research work, and proposed the next research direction.
