Artificial freezing method is a kind of construction methods which use artificial refrigeration technology freeze water in the soil to ice then enhance soil strength and stability temporary.This method has been widely used in mining and other underground construction projects. When completed the shaft sinking in artificial freezing method,some well tower foundation construction have to be carried out in the soil does not thaw, but after freezing and thawing,soil physical and mechanical properties will take place great changes,however, the pile bearing capacity is closely related to the nature of soil around the pile and foundation soil.Therefore research on bored pile bearing capacity along with the change of pile permafrost foundation conditions has great significance.Experimental study on the impact of artificial freezing method construction of pile foundation bearing capacity under conditions of saturated sand and a mine in Inner Mongolia Well Tower construction as the research background.In this paper,designed freeze pile, frozen thawed pile and room temperature pile three sets of model test.Firstly study on the model test schematic studies, mainly includes program of freezing soils,forming bored pile,and bored pile model test program;then carry out static load test to piles under three different soil temperature,obtain Q-s curve and s-lgt curve,estimate the ultimate bearing capacity of three groups of pile;finally,through the comparison of the three groups pile ultimate bearing capacity analysis,get a conclusion of added numerical of frozen pile ultimate bearing capacity and loss numerical of freeze-thaw pile ultimate bearing capacity.Research results can provide a reference for pile foundation construction and design under artificial freezing soil.
