| With the development of the computer technology, such as the application of software and hardwareã€the interaction with digital media and the technology of automatic control,more and more companies use simulation technology to simulate the operation of the actual engineering system, and which is used for training staff by designing teaching software. In this paper, a thermal station of one city as the background of this simulated software; central heating system is a large system which has the characteristics of multi-variable and complicated operation system, it includes heat source, thermal stations, primary network,secondary network and heat consumers, so that the staff could understand the work flow of the thermal stations. During the simulation and modeling of the thermal stations, the key to ensure the realness and accuracy of the simulation system is the accurate heat load forecasting and pipeline flow meter, and also the configuration software WinCC(Windows Control Center) and mathematical modeling software Matlab would use in the simulation software.The main work of this paper is as follows: First, this paper describes the design scheme of this software, the operational process and fault simulation, it also explains the key points and solutions of the simulation technique; Secondly, according to the actual needs, this paper takes a detail comparison between OPC(OLE for Process Control) and DDE(Dynamic Data Exchange),and chooses OPC communication mode as a data exchange tool between configuration software WinCC(Windows Control Center) and modeling tool Matlab;Thirdly, this paper takes a comprehensive analysis of the existing heat load forecasting method and compares the advantages and disadvantages of these methods then put forward a kind of method which combines the wavelet anal-ysis with wavelet neural network, this model could forecast the heal load and select a set of measured data as samples so that the predictions could be compare with the sample and the accuracy of the model could be know;Finally, this paper uses a kind of advanced Genetic Algorithm in calculating the pipe flow and describes the way of codingã€generation of new individualsã€generation of initial population in the implementation process of the algorithm. |
