on aviation spacecraft, narrow pulse microwave signal as the carrier of radio command communication system plays an important role, the narrow pulse microwave signal quality is directly related to the aviation aircraft performance, influence the work results.Of narrow pulse and found that developed in the process of the parameters of the microwave signal test main bottleneck problems:high speed sampling circuit of the hardware platform design, the carrier frequency signal frequency and the parameters of the signal envelope power, the design of the test method, and the program design of FPGA. In this paper, aiming at these problems, combining the selected FPGA support EDK technology design scheme based on FPGA is proposed.Focus on the following three parts:1. The test system hardware platform. Through the object function and technical index of the test shows the hardware platform design, this paper expounds the functions of hardware module; In view of the signal features high speed sampling circuit is designed.2. Design test method. Through the thorough analysis, the characteristics of the believe that number for each parameter test specific test methods; The signal frequency test methods for the comparative analysis and simulation;3. The FPGA software implementation. Through the analysis of the test method and the grasp of the ISE software, combined with EDK technology, so as to realize the writing and debugging of the software.Based on all of the above research results, with products tested by tester tests, the experimental results are given and experimental performance parameters. In the end of this article, summed up the work on this subject and disadvantages, and an improved scheme is put forward.
