| Testing plays an irreplaceable role in improving the quality of the product development, shortening the development cycle and reducing its development funds. Especially in the special environment with application of the products, more performance testing should be carried out through a lot of trials and data test. In this project, a moving target test field and control functions are designed via which a test platform for testing products with different functions and different types of products is provided. Performance parameter test can effectively detect different types of products through this experiment platform; ensure the desired effect, providing a more convenient access for product development. The experiment mainly covers the following two contents:1. Moving target test field components and functions: the project mainly carries on the analysis and design of rendezvous simulation movement system, studies the design calculation and simulation of the main parameters of the software and hardware architecture; for the system function goal, elaboration of the system components function is presented2. The design of control system and control software of SIMOTION:through the in-depth analysis of the SIMOTION control architecture, it may further deepen our understanding of the system and achieve a comprehensive understanding of the control design as well.Based on the aforementioned design, we conducted the detailed drawing design and construction work, and finally a moving target test site is built. Through corresponding tests, the verified results meet the expectations of various design parameters requirements. It provide the important test platform that built the moving target test field.for my company. |
