A lot of navigational obstacles, shallow waters, and the position is not clear. Not only have an extremely safe navigation of the ship to the border river a big risk, but also reduces the efficiency of the border river navigable. At present, most border river have no water depth data, only some river cut of small part of the border river there are channel map data provided by Waterway Management. The ships sailing in the border river there is no corresponding geographic information systems can be used as a reference. There is not accurate positioning method, to the surrounding geographic information, riverbed sediment, water depth change no reliable data to support. When the river changed, still using the most primitive way to carry out deep exploration voyage, depends on the experience to access navigational route, there is no high-precision positioning equipment. Therefore, from the perspective of the navigation demand, site supervision of border patrol boat in Chinese border river, there is a pressing need to get accurate, rich electronic navigation charts supporting data.First, based on the Chinese border river characteristics were analyzed, combined with the information needs of boats sailing in the border river, put forward three main functions of Chinese border river electronic navigational chart:water depth dynamically changes, contours dynamically generated with the water depth change and the channel boundary line dynamically change with the water lever change.Then, Chinese border river electronic navigation charts is a complete independent system form the collection of navigational information, transmission, production and updating, which is completely different from the electronic chart which production and use is unrelated mode. Therefore, system design including the entire process from the collection of information, transmitted to the navigation map production and updating. And detailed describes the collection, transmission methods of border river navigation information, and production methods of electronic navigational chart.Finally, after the system design is completed, studied these three key technologies include water depth dynamically changes, contours dynamically generated and the channel boundary line dynamically change, and verified the several key technologies use the program design method, proved its correctness. |
