The transportation industry is related with the national economic lifeline and the innovation and progress of transportation industry relates directly to the development and rising of the productive force. The highway as core of transportation system plays an important role in the infrastructure construction. The quality of roadbed directly affects the use quality of the pavement or track. The roadbed will develop residual deformation under the upper loads., for the performance of larger post construction settlement, uneven settlement and cracking, and step by step reaction to the pavement.Study on settlement mechanism of subgrade soil, and establishes the calculation model of settlement to ensure the quality of the subgrade plays an important part in ensuring the safety of transport.In this paper, based on the actual roadbed engineering background, study on the deformation law of roadbed soil.The first actual engineering geotechnical test soil samples were carried out, obtained the basic indexes of physical properties and mechanical parameters of soil.Then using the differential evolution and stress response of elastic-plastic FEM program for the selected sections were calculated and mechanical parameters of subgrade settlement back analysis calculation to solve the uncertainty problem of the subgrade soil parameters.Considering the mechanism of groundwater effect on Subgrade Soil,use of fluid-solid coupling model for numerical simulation and analysis of seepage and the influence of the subgrade settlement.Finally, considering the nonlinear characteristics of subgrade soil should stress the study of Deng Kenzhang, the model parameters and the calculation method of subgrade soil, the FLAC3D platform to develop two times Deng Kenzhang based on the calculation model, simulation of a section of subgrade settlement, analysis of the different effects of each parameter on the subgrade settlement.The research of this thesis is to further understand the subgrade settlement mechanism and carry out the relevant calculation, provides a theoretical basis and effective way, has the reference significance for carrying out the test and calculation of numerical simulation study on deformation of the subgrade soils of subgrade works similar, results and conclusions also have a positive guiding significance for the field construction of Subgrade.
