By the DaLian of unique low impact coastal climate, there are negative factors of subgrade thaw, seawater erosion and making it very difficult to control subgrade settlement in the northern coastal areas. Lime as the road engineering in common engineering materials, has a good effect on the reinforcement of subgrade soil,it can improve soil strength effectively, low cost and good economic effect, which has been widely used in our country. This article mainly aims at the deficiencies of soil strength and construction project in Dalian Jinpu railway. Using soil mixed with lime, laboratory experiments, theoretical analysis method to study changes rule of calcareous soil and determine the optimal dosage of lime. In order to solve the problem of freezing thawing and seawater erosion along the northern coast of subgrade, through the Dalian daheishi roadbed soil experiment, analysis and compare the northern coastal area of freezing and thawing, effects of curing seawater erosion agent. Through research and analysis of Duncan-Chang model, using numerical simulation to verify the results. Specific content as follows:1.Based on the Dalian JinPu Line construction project subgrade soil test, study the basic physical properties and mechanical properties of subgrade soi. Get subgrade soil particle grading curve, the water ratio limit, permeability coefficient, determined this experiment with soil for low liquid limit silty clay.2. Adding lime into the soil Dalian JinPu Line subgrade construction project study to obtain lime for soil mechanical properties of experimental effects.Adding lime to obtain significantly improved soil plastic limit, lower plasticity index, lime modified soil lime content increases, the strength, cohesion, internal friction angle are constantly improving, adding lime to change the soil strain characteristics, the original prime soil hardening characteristics change as a softening properties.3. On the north coast of the unique low temperature environment simulation, variation in lime soil thaw environment, see the lime as modifiers can significantly improve the soil by frost resistance variation. By calculating the elastic modulus of the soil, to determine the optimal dosage of lime Dalian JinPu Line subgrade construction project. Get variation in prime soil subgrade soil freezing and thawing conditions through dynamic triaxial tests simulate traffic loads.4. For northern coast offshore environment simulated by soaking test, Using Dalian JinPu Line subgrade soil for the test soil, adding lime to get mixed with the increase in lime content, the water stability, resistance to seawater erosion have been significantly improved. Select the DaHeiShi subgrade soil through strength, freezing and thawing, sea erosion test, to determine the optimal curing agent formulations.5. By the Duncan-Chang model research and analysis, select the pre-test results establish JinPu Line DK27+560 subgrade model in the FLAC3D software and actual results validated. Duncan-Chang model for sensitivity analysis, to determine the impact of the model parameters.
