Research On Modeling And Simulation Of Evacuation Behavior Based On DISC Character Model

With the development of economy, more and more activities of large group have been held inside the building which increases the risk of mass unexpected incidents. Thus, how to improve the evacuation efficiency is very important to the success of evacuation and to increasing the probability of surviving. Therefore, the research of emergency evacuation has high theoretical and practical value.It’s difficult to conduct real evacuation experiments for economic and moral reasons, and the research of evacuation mainly bases on creating the evacuation simulation model through computer simulation technology. Thus creating models that are reasonable and close to practice evacuation has become the key work. In this paper, a personnel evacuation model based on the DISC character is established, on the Any Logic development platform, to make up for the shortcomings of the existing models that no psychological personality of the personnel has been taken into consideration. Considering the relationship between human evacuation simulation model and building environment and manager’s interests, the simulation experiments of different scenes are carried out, and the rationality of the model is verified.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First, the techniques and methods of the existing evacuation models are summarized. The physiological characteristics and character trait of the individual can be described by the Agent, which can perceive external environment information and their internal state, and can make decisions according to their own internal external state changes. It provides the research basis for the establishment of evacuation model in Agent.Second, using mathematical statistic method, we have got the DISC characters classification proportion as well as the decision behavior of individuals with DISC character in the emergency scene. An evacuation model based on DISC is built on the Any Logic platform.Again, by analyzing the interest relationship between managers and individuals, the Stackelberg game theory has been used in the simulation. And an optimized evacuation plan has been proposed using the reverse recursive method, which has been simulated.At last, the optimization experiment and the sensitivity analysis experiment of several key parameters that affect manager’s evacuation efficiency are carried out on the Any Logic platform. An evacuation simulation, which takes Laboratory building #5, Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture as the experimental architectural model, has been carried out, of which the result has verified the rationality of the method.This study provides a useful supplement to the personnel evacuation behavior model, at the same time, it also provides the decision making and optimization method for the manager in making evacuation decision while under emergency. Simulation results show the feasible of the modeling framework methods. The model has a strong ability to describe the real evacuation scenes, which can be used to reproduce and explain the evacuation situation.
