The study of architectural design for education and skills training room in children’swelfare house is based on architectural theory, special education, behavioral architecture andother disciplines. The study for children’s welfare house development of current situation andarchitectural design elements is through reading the literature, visiting place, analyzing casesand so on. It analyzes overall plan, building size, building houses composition, functionzoning, building traffic flow lines, architectural space design of children’s welfare house.This article analyzes the factors affecting the composition and design of education andskills training room in children’s welfare house. The study includes children’s age,psychological and behavioral characteristics, teaching methods and requirements, policiesand regulations, regulatory requirements. This article summarizes the functional structure andspatial layout of education and skills training room in children’s welfare house.The research and standardized design for education and skills training room inchildren’s welfare house is getting results for design methods and design principles ofeducation and skills training room in children’s welfare house. The study for education andskills training room in children’s welfare house is based on "The Children’s Welfare HouseConstruction Standards". The study includes spatial scale, division of space function,configuration of equipment and facilities, interior design. Finally, I design the standardizeddesign for education and skills training room in children’s welfare house.The research results through approving by the People’s Republic of China Ministry ofCivil Affairs and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. It is designed as apart of national building standards Atlas 14J818- “Standard Design of Children’s WelfareHouse”. It applies to construction, reconstruction and expansion projects, other institutions ofchildren’s welfare house. It provides a reference for the staffs, who work in construction units,management units, architectural design units. This research results as architectural designtheory of child welfare’s house. It provides a reference for the architectural design of childwelfare’s house and design of children’s education and training space.
