At present, the domestic current situation of the heating system of construction and operation management is of varying quality. Excellent heating system has many virtues: perfect monitoring platform, high degree of automation, easy to operate for operation and management personnel, high system energy saving rate and the higher efficiency, etc. But there are problems in some systems, such as low automation degree, backward monitoring methods, running a heating system by experience, high energy consumption of the system, poor heating quality. According to this kind of problems, quantitative management methods is put forward in this article to guide the construction and retrofit of the heating system, analysis and regulation the operation of the heating system to ensure that the heating system could run efficiently.In this paper, quantitative management methods is expounded from two aspects. One aspect is how to realize the quantitative. The basis of realizing the quantitative smoothly is the accurate selection of monitoring equipment and the correct installation of the monitoring equipment and the good performance of the conditioning equipment. And the main means are to collect, analyze and record the flow, temperature, pressure, coal consumption, electricity, water and other parameters by advanced computer monitoring system. In next stage, Adopted the theory of the hot load forecasting, regulating hydraulic balance by isothermal method, variable flow of the system, heat adjustment methods manage effectively the heating system.Finally, quantitative management methods is applied to practical engineering cases. At the beginning of the reform, quantitative management methods is applied to guide the overall plan. In the heating period, adjustment for heating system after deep quantitative analysis is as follows: the heat source is adjusted by heat adjustment method, network distribution system adopts a variable flow operation, and the hydraulic balance is adjusted by isothermal method and area of apportionment method to achieve high efficiency and energy saving in the heating system.
