The energy and environmental are the big problems troubling the whole world. To promote and encourage the development of the renewable energy sources, the micro-grid development is taken as one of the important developments for the power distribution network of China in the Twelffth Five-year Plan. However, with the rapid development of the micor-gird, it gets the significant results. For the micro-sources in the micro-grid with the features like large quantity and miniaturization, economic scheduling based on the micro-grid has been the research emphasis for the scholars at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the fundamental principle and the operating characteristics of the micro-sources in the micro-grid; and then the dynamic economic dispatch model is established with the operating cost, environmental pollution cost and comprehensive benefits as the objective functions during the grid-connected operation and the isolates grid operation of the micro-grid of the combined heat and power supply system, the corresponding constrain conditions are given as well. Then, transfer the multi-objective dynamic economic dispatch into the nonlinear single-objective optimization with the method of greatest satisfaction for solution; make solution for the multi-objective optimization model during the grid-connected operation and the isolated grid operation of the micro-grid system with self-corrected particle swarm optimized correspondingly based on the fuzzy optimization theory of the subordinate functions to avoid the local optimum of the optimization proceduce and accelerate the rate of convergence. Finally, take an example of the power supply to a northern plant by a small-sized micro-grid,24hours optimal dispatch simulation is carried out during the grid-connected operation and isolated grid operation, and obtain the outputs of the micro-sources at the every corresponding time period as well as the corresponding gen erating cost, environmental pollution cost and the simulation comparison and analysis for the optimization algorithm proposed in this paper and the fundamental particle swarm optimization algorithm. The example simulation results show that the fuzzy self-correction the micro-sources power of the particle swarm algorithm is given, corresponding to a scheduling cycle period of the cost and the total cost of the whole scheduling cycle; Verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and optimization algorithm, the multi-objective dynamic economic dispatch can obtain comprehensive optimal result, the engineering practical application has certain guiding significance.
