In the process of aircraft engine design manufacture, The measuring tool is one of the important process equipment, and its also design of the most critical components, As well as the measuring tool design quality and efficiency is not only crucial for aircraft engine, but also directly affect the production and manufacturing of aircraft engine components and its performance is good or bad. So this paper mainly studied about the Measuring Tool three-dimensional parts library building based on UG, its content is combined with the actual needs of the aircraft engine enterprise tooling design room, the measuring tool are carried on the detail classification and built the overall framework on the basis of the main types of standards and the main types tools measuring in the business enterprise inside use to tools; through the analysis of the basic situation of the enterprise Measuring tooling design process and information management, using CAD software of UG and Parametric Design Method, conduct the digital modeling, parametric and to create parametric model templates; Use a product data management (PDM) software named Teamcenter has built the 3D parts library based on the Oracle Database, which is not only improve the design efficiency, also reduce duplication of work design and production cycle, In addition, it is more make for rationalize product data, standardized management and avoid confusion complex phenomenon of product data.The main work of this research has summarized as follows:1) Summarized the types of standard tooling and tooling Measuring used in the actual project, completed the tooling measuring of classification and the construction of the overall framework, analyzed the general design steps of Measuring tooling and combined with parametric modeling techniques, finished tooling Measuring model parametric design templates overall design scheme.2) Through using template technology, parametric modeling techniques and parametric technology, completed tooling Measuring digital modeling, parametric design model templates, which is making easy to manage tooling division Measuring model templates and realized during the tooling measuring to 2D drawings and 3D associated parametric model.3) With the background of Oracle database, under the environment of product data management (PDM) software Teamcenter, the tooling Measuring results are managed, and built tooling Measuring model template library.4) Applied CAD software UG digital modeling technology and Teamcenter, realized the tooling Measuring 3D parts library construction and product data management processes which is actually required in enterprise.
