| In the test of general target parameter, light screen measuring system is conventional instrument which is used to measure the target parameter, and belonged to the non-contact type. The instrument has a lower cost, the higher measurement precision, and easier to be designed, therefore it is widely used in the practice of shooting range. However, the light-sereen surface is too small that restricted the application. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a large target surface light-sereen test instrument which could expand the use of the environment.Based on the analysis about the principle of screen test system, a large screen target test system is designed, which could meet the test requirements of multi-aperture object parameters. This paper from the uniformity of light emitting device as the starting point, and the light source device is choiced, which in the subsequent assembly in the process of detecting visual field detection device further increases while the light emission uniformity of the device remains unchanged, then the receiving device detection performance is analyzed and receiving device is selected. Combinating the effect of structure light screen test system emitting and receiving devicet to objection, emitting and receiving device installation is designed, and photoelectric conversion circuit, signal amplification circuit and signal processing circuit of large light screen testing system is designed, and finally the launch platform and receiving platform is estiblished. Through the experiment, the factors that influence the sensitivity and stability of screen test system is analysed, and based on the test, an appropriate improvements is made, and the receiving device and transmitting device for assembling calibration, which overcome the difficult to Calibration of light, impriving the accuracy of measurement.The test results show that the design of the measurement system is simpler, economicaler and practical, which could meet the test requirements of the multi-target caliber based on experimentation on larger light-sereen target system with 1000mm×3000mm. |
