Research On Ecological Strategy Of Residential Building Based On Pattern Of Energy Use In Guanghan Area

At present, due to the increase in global population, the demand of energy becomes an important factor restricting the economic development of countries all over the world. All countries around the world are developing strategies to adapt to the rapid soical environment. Building energy consumption, on the issue of global energy, is the key facter to the energy development. Rural house occupy half of our nation’s residential building, and residential energy consumption problem has long been a hot spot problems worthy of attention. Meanwhile, for rural residential energy consumption, people should focus from influence of architectural design and technology of building energy consumption. This paper by rural residential energy-saving situation as the background, focus on the current situation of the energy use, building energy-saving and thermal environment.Thesis analyzes the architecture design of privacy impact of building energy consumption, giving three strategic directions: Wall structure improvement. Natural ventilation combined with architecture and Architectural shading.Guanghan region is a typical hot summer and cold winter region, cooling in summer and heating in winter. Energy demand is higher. The paper selected the three representative area in guanghan, by subjective and objective measurement method, investigated the residents’ housing construction general situation, climate, geography, social economy industry, resource distribution, the family structure and composition, energy use and consumption and the indoor thermal environment. According to the thought of date investigation, statistical analysis, thermal environment investigation, numerical simulation, proposed strategies and strategy validation,the paper obtained the five energy saving scheme:(1) Strengthen roof ventilation and heat insulation (2) Strengthening the wall heat preservation (3) For doors and Windows energy saving in details (4) Roof built on stilts ventilated (5) Activities outside shading.Finally, the paper summarizes the best ecological strategy for Guanghan from raising envelope thermal performance, building regional ecological materials, combining with the architectural design of natural ventilation and shading design, plant landscape design.
