Discussion Of The Model Of Construction In Agricultural Sightseeing Areas With Regional Characteristics

The sightseeing agriculture is a complex type of the tourism, when the tourism extents to agriculture. Sightseeing agriculture in China has been developed for about three decades, with an increasing number, numerous agricultural sightseeing areas over the country. However, the development of domestic sightseeing agriculture have not reached the model of institutionalization and standardization when compared to that of developed countries such as America and Japan as well as Taiwan. Except for the lack of state direction and unsound relevant policies and regulations, the key problem is that theoretical research of sightseeing agriculture lags behind its practical development. Many problems were brought out during the practical construction. Deficiency of regional characteristics including homogenization of agricultural sight-seeing areas would be main problem among the issues.By use of theoretical research of sightseeing agriculture at home and abroad and the practical experience in the sightseeing agriculture, the author aim to propose a novel model with guidance for the development of sightseeing agriculture and construction of regional characterized agricultural sight-seeing areas. Based on the previous research. This paper gives a brief summary of successful experience of excellent sightseeing agriculture garden areas at home and abroad and also put forward matters need attention of the practical construction on planning principles, design requirements and technique of expressions. Simultaneously, the author put the theory proposed above into use when designed an agricultural sight-seeing area.
