| Shield tunneling method is an important construction method of urban subway tunnel and the deformation in the construction process causes of the subsidence disturbance at the top shield part.The impact of Kunming metro line 3 of shield in Panlong river to the Nantai bridge is studied in this paper.The following several parts present the main research in this paper:â‘ This paper introduces the mechanism of surface subsidence caused by shield construction, shield method construction impact on surface subsidence deformation, the influence of shield construction on the surrounding buildings, prevention and cure of surface subsidence deformation, etc.â‘¡In this paper, based on provincial museum station ~ cultural center station of shield tunnel engineering in Kunming metro line 3, MSC. Marc finite element analysis software is used to establish the soil- bridge structure three-dimensional entity model,simulate the shield construction process of typical working condition, and analyze the deformation and stress of the arch bridge performance of Nantai bridge under the shield construction.â‘¢Diffuse type deflection monitoring system based on the laser projection, bionic alert network fracture monitoring system, the vibrating string type stress sensor test system to monitor the key position of the bridge deformation, cracks, stress monitoring are employed in this paper and to establish a wireless remote real-time monitoring system.At the same time, this article researches the work for Kunming metro line 3provincial museum station palace station in the Nantai bridge under the shield tunnel engineering, which provides a practical and effective monitoring plan and references for other similar structures. |
