With the growth of GDP in China, the level of continuous rigid frame bridge construction is developing at an amazing speed, regardless of the design theory and construction methods. Besides, we do a lot research about the monitoring and repairing while bridges have past their half of expectancy and make some progress. However, there are several blank areas in the construction of continuous rigid frame bridge, including the evaluation when the project finished. This evaluation is a re-check program for those been done and a comprehensive comment on the design, construct and running phase. The evaluation results not only reflect the level of the construction ofthe continuous rigid frame bridge.We must pay much attention to it and find the best solution to, because this is because these problems are very widespread that can influence the performance of continuous rigid frame bridge. Thus while we figure out the answers to the questions and can give suggestions to the further design and construct of bridges. Through the post-construction assessment of bridge,we will sum up experience, optimize bridge design content, strengthen the construction process, custody technology and truly become a country with high-level and high-quality bridge construction.In this paper, the continuous rigid frame bridge in chongqing highway design, construction and operation custody situation has carried on the detailed investigation, the investigation mainly refer to the design, construction, custody documents, supplemented by with design, construction and maintenance personnel to carry out the tea party in the form of a discussion on the problems existing in the construction process of bridge and the solution. Major fault existing in the using process of the bridge was analysed, combined with the design, construction, custody situation investigation and research, to find out in the process of construction and Bridges in the process of using the disease related influencing factors.View of the highway in chongqing, problems arising from the continuous rigid frame bridge construction process, based on the research of the evaluation after project construction method and he use of finite elementanalysis in the process of analysis of the construction quality of the main indicators of evaluation after construction.,The author set up a suitable for chongqing highway construction situation assessment system and model of long span continuous rigid frame. this paper took the continuous rigid frame bridges of Chongqing Yuhe Expressway for example,and then curried out the post-construction assessments about continuous rigid frame bridges of Chongqing Expressway. The evaluation results reflect the level of the construction of the continuous rigid frame bridge.Through the analysis of the evaluation results after, in the process of continuous rigid frame bridge in chongqing highway construction are summarized analysis of existing problems, and for the future of the continuous rigid frame bridge design, construction and operation of custody put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. For the future to avoid continuous rigid frame bridge construction has provided the safeguard "congenitally deficient", for the future the good work of bridge construction science and custody provides the first-hand resources, has the reference significance. The set of evaluation system and model not only for Chongqing city highway construction post evaluation forcontinuous rigid frame bridge, it can also be used as reference for post construction of continuous rigid frame bridge in oher provinces and cities.
