With the trend of the rapid development of economy,the transportation pressure rise, the rapid rise of the air transport industry, extensive use of rapid development and large-scale aviation transportation has brought great challenges to the airport project. Bijie is located in the northwest of Guizhou, located in the Yunnan Guizhou Plateau, with an average elevation of 1400 meters, due to the complexity of terrain, weather, backward economic development and a series of makes the region lags far behind of traffic infrastructure, foreign personnel, goods exchanges rely mainly on highway transportation, the technical level is low, in order to change the situation of transportation completely, strengthen the supplies personnel exchanges, Bijie Feixiong Airport construction put on the agenda.Bijie Feixiong Airport is located in the downtown area south of east direction in Dafang County, straight-line distance from the city center is about 18 km, the runway center point coordinates of latitude 27 degrees 16 ’0.9 ",the east longitude 105 degrees 28’ 16.5", using cement concrete airport pavement. The humid climate, abundant rainfall, high elevation, large temperature difference between day and night and other natural conditions effect the Concrete pavement construction, and short construction period, large engineering quantity, high quality requirements, made the construction process difficulties. how to weaken the influence of the natural conditions, regular high quality completion of construction tasks of Bijie airport during the airport foundation and concrete pavement construction process become a key problem, and also is the core content of the project construction management. This article from the project management perspective, focus on the aspects of airport construction organization, quality control, schedule, safeguard measures and other content, has the important guiding significance to the plateau area of concrete road surface and the high embankment construction, evaluation. This paper mainly research on the following:First, the paper introduced the construction connotation of organization design and composition, and summarizes the current domestic, international airport road surface, high fill foundation advanced construction methods and the evaluation system.Second, combined with the general situation of Bijie Feixiong Airport engineering, puts forward the main content, the implementation of the project technology, analyzes the key and difficult points in the Plateau Airport Pavement and foundation construction.Third, Bijie airport foundation construction including the embankment engineering, engineering blasting excavation, slope protection, etc. On the whole personnel of mechanical materials into planning, optimized the construction layout, analyses the scope of application of dynamic compaction construction and technical indicators, developed a series of quality control and safeguard measures.Fourth, from the construction organization design road surface angle, developed a road surface construction of the overall planning and construction layout, in-depth study of the road surface construction, basic pavement concrete construction, joint construction, grouting construction, runway pavement construction, channel engineering surface engraved mark line construction scheme and technical index.Fifth, respectively from the overall situation of road surface and high embankment safety, deformation and other aspects of the system of evaluation of the project.This paper has a certain theoretical significance and practical value to the construction organization design and evaluation of airport in plateau area, also has a significant guiding sense to the harsh conditions a generous amount of cement concrete and construction control.
