In recent years, with the progress of science and technology, C hina’s equipment manufacturing industry level has been further improved, large-scale manufacturing and minimization of manufacturing is now in the two outstanding technical development trend of the equipment manufacturing industry。the rapid development of foam concrete has put forward higher requirements on the foaming machine, It’s a crucial period for development of foamed concrete of China in the next few years,the period will pregnant with the great demand for large foaming machine,.However, in Our country,the lack of autonomous technology and shortage of production capacity is serious,and the international demand is significant larger than supply.For the high prices,long delivery cycle,and at the most critical time, foreign to the development of our country foaming machine do not provide technological support, and the good performance foaming machines will be restricted to export to our country. Therefore, China’s independent research and development of high-quality large-scale foaming machine, Has the extremely vital practical significance to the development of our country. This paper compressed air foam- generating machine as the prototype, researched on the key technical issues of the foam- machine, including structural parameters(medium filling length 40 cm) and process parameters(liquid- gas ratio1:25, medium filling length 40 cm, filling rate 0.055.).At last, proposed the optimum parameters of the foam- machine. Based on compressed air foam- generating machine as the prototype, using compressed air foam- generating machine existing as the prototype, with gas- liquid two-phase flow theory as the foundation, through to the existing similar amplification principle of foaming machine for amplification, using workbeach software for modeling, meshing, simulating with FLUENT software, using Tecplot software for image processing of simulation results. The distribution of atomizer and foaming pipe velocity, distribution of gas phase and liquid phase distribution are analyzed, the simulation result is more ideal seen from the results of the analysis.
