In this paper, First, based on the model law of similarity and dimensional analysis, 12 single span reinforced concrete frame models with 1/6 scale size are completed. With changing the explosion equivalent, the location of explosion point and the number of filler walls of these models, the dynamic response process and the damage characteristics for each working condition are get by a total of 16 trials. At the same time, experimental model for the same operating conditions are simulated research by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and both in terms of structure dynamic response and damage characteristics accord well with the test dates, both the experiment and numerical date show the following results:(1)The value of the first reflection peak overpressure of the shock wave on the structure wall is equal with the reflection overpressure calculation value of the same proportion distance in the exploding experiment of free field.(2)Under internal explosion load, beam-column joints and beam slab border areas are more likely to happen compared with beam, plate and column. The characteristics of the damaged area present cutting cone type. With the increase of explosion load, the cutting cone angle increases, and the cutting cone angle is between 34 ° ~ 53 °.(3)When the critical point is located in the center of the structure, the damage threshold of no infilled wall frame structure model is 150 g emulsion explosive, and the damage threshold of the infilled wall frame structure model is 50 g emulsion explosive. The relative position between explosive point location and the rectangular frame column greatly affect the damage threshold of the frame column.(4) Under internal explosion load, the filler wall greatly increased the peak acceleration response of the frame structure and the damage level.The wire mesh foam concrete filling wall and flexible connection between filling wall and frame column can play a well role of energy dissipation.
