Research Of Rail Transit Network In Neijiang Based On New Urbanization Development Strategy

Urban rail transit is an important part of public transportation. Compared to conventional public transportation, rail transit has obvious advantages on speed, volume, energy saving and environmental protect ion. Rail transit is the main direction of urban transportation development in large cities of our country. With the further implementation of the western development strategy and the development of new urbanization, urban public transportation is facing unprecedented challenges. Therefore, traffic restructuring and priority development of public transportation are in need in many cities. Through the establishment of rail network as the backbone of urban passenger transport system that can guide people to travel, to solve traffic conflicts, accelerate the construction of a peripheral town, guide the formation of a rational structure and function of the city.Firstly, the paper studies the interaction between rail transit and urban space layout, discuss the impact of the urban space form and the characteristic of land use on rail transit, analyse the necessity of the construction of rail transit in Neijiang.Then put forward the problems need attention on the development of rail transit in Neijiang.And on this basis analyze the influence factors of rail transit network architecture in Neijiang,and summarize the fundamental forms and the basic methods of line network frame. Through the analysis of the elements of rail transit network frame of Neijiang, put forward the strategies and programs of the rail transit network frame. Finally, build the evaluation index system of the new town based on the rail transit network frame programs,and get the final recommend line network frame programs in the form of evaluation index.This thesis was focused on the analysis of the interaction between the developments of rail transport and urban under the new urbanizati on development strategy. A development direction of Neijiang rail transit which belongs to southwest mountains city was proposed. And new ideas for new urbanization development of similar size cities in our country were provided.
