In order to help the dental practitioner and the tooth arrangement designer to make treatment plan and optimal design of Invisible braces, so as to expand the indication and application range, this thesis has analyzed the mechanics deformation and put forward a optimal design of Invisible braces by Reverse engineering technology and the Finite Element Method.Firstly, one method of creating the three-dimensional finite element model was recommended, which was the unequal thickness Invisible braces covering the entire tooth. Laser scanner and Reverse engineering technology software Geomagic studio was used to obtain and establish the ideal digital dental mode and dental model with Invisible braces. To complete the Boolean subtraction between the above two models by the alignment marks designed in the gum, so that got the digital model of Invisible braces. Then the finite element model was established by setting reasonable meshing parameters in the finite element analysis platform ANSYS; Secondly, displacement loading and boundary constraint was determined in five different tooth movement modes, including tipping movement, torque, bodily movement, rotation and intrusion, then the finite element analysis was taken to obtain the full jaw of the concrete situation and the value of deformation, and the influences to the teeth; the analysis results was aggregated; Finally, for the purpose of utilizing the Invisible braces effectively, controlling the power and the function area of the orthodontic force, preventing the orthodontic force which was caused by the deformation affect the wrong tooth, one optimization method based on the conclusions was put forward.One kind formulation process of the invisible orthodontic treatment plan was also proposed: correction problem list------the concrete treatment methods------a preliminary treatment plan------optimization design of Invisible braces------the final comprehensive treatment plan, so that makes the treatment plan more reasonable and effective.
